The Northern California Housing Coalition is comprised of Real Estate Associations within Northern California.  Our members are association staff and REALTORSÒ and Affiliates.  We meet on a monthly basis throughout the Bay Area, Central Valley, and Sacramento area.

To promote housing opportunities and choices for all levels of affordability.  To assist in providing attainable housing for the work force in our communities through advocating for assistance programs; development of more multi-level housing; education of the positive outcome of providing a balance of housing choices in a community; and improving communications between all stakeholders.

The Housing Coalition began over three years ago with the first Housing Summit.  Since then the coalition has hosted three housing summits including the June 2004 event.  We have created the forhousing.com web site as a portal to store information for both Real Estate professionals and Consumers.  We recently translated the forhousing.com site to Spanish enabling us to reach out to Hispanic consumers.  We will continue to evolve our approach to housing opportunities in Northern California.  For information or feedback, click here.
