Curb Appeal

Curb appeal is a very important quality all homeowners should address at some point in time.  The trick to getting the “wow” factor from your home’s curb appeal is variety.  It’s good to incorporate many different kinds of materials when remodeling the outside of your home.  It’s important to pick colors that compliment each other and materials that work well together.  You want the viewer’s eyes to scan all the different features of your home and not just one or two focal points.  When the viewer’s have several features to look at they get an exciting and attractive picture of the entire home.  Some materials to consider using are natural or craftsman style materials.  Examples: fake wood shake siding, natural stone wall coverings, wood covered garage doors, earth tone colored accent trim/fascia and more.
